Whether it is water damage, a mold problem, or asbestos removal, give us a call - we can help.
So we just finished a large mould removal project in Balzac, it went good however it never ceases to amaze me when we do these projects at how much damage water can do, especially when left alone for more than 2 or 3 days, this job started out as just the ceiling because there was a rook leak, but upon further inspection the windows had leaked and the base of the foundation was letting water in as well. It was unfortunate for the owner but now the building is safe for work to resume.
Almost every time you have mould damage that you can see, it almost always exists ten times worse were you cannot see, because most forms of mould do not like the light. It grows well within wall cavities, behind the vapour barrier and so on, that’s why sometimes we need to do invasive inspections. We can do this with a boroscope which allows us to see inside the wall, it’s always better to be on the side of caution when dealing with mould, workers and tenant health should always be of utmost importance.
I am happy that this employer in Balzac took his employees health into consideration, it’s nice to see that work is not all about money, that’s one of the reasons why I love doing this job, education is very important but you can’t beat a healthy life!
